How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, you can do so through your Stripe Dashboard. Here's the step-by-step process: (1) Navigate to the Subscriptions page in your Stripe Dashboard, (2) Click the overflow menu (three dots) next to your subscription, then select 'Cancel subscription', (3) Choose when to end the subscription: immediately, at the end of the current billing period, or on a custom date, (4) Select your refund preference: prorated refund for unused time, full refund of the last payment, or no refund, (5) Review your selections and click 'Cancel subscription' to finalize. Once you cancel through Stripe, our webhook system will automatically receive the cancellation event and update your subscription status in our Supabase database. Your account will be automatically downgraded to the free plan accordingly, so no manual action is needed on our end.
Why can't I scan the QR code?
Make sure you have camera permissions enabled and good lighting. Try cleaning your camera lens and holding the phone steady. If scanning still fails, you can manually enter the tag code.
Why can't I tap the tag with my phone?
NFC functionality is currently being developed. For now, please use the QR code scanning feature to access pet information.
How do I contact a pet owner?
After scanning a tag, you'll see contact options including phone and email. You can also leave a message for the pet owner through our system.
What if I can't reach the pet owner?
Try both phone and email contact methods. If no response, you can take the pet to a local animal shelter or vet who can scan the tag for owner information.
How do I update my pet's information?
Log into your dashboard and go to 'My Pets' to edit your pet's profile, contact information, and photos.
What if my tag gets damaged?
Contact our support team immediately. We'll help you get a replacement tag and ensure your pet's safety isn't compromised.
